Technical Visit To The Science and Technology Research Institute For Defense STRIDE

The COVID-19 pandemic served as a wake-up call to
the health sector and the local manufacturing sector.
Strengthen up the local manufacturing sector is a key
factor to reduce our dependence to imported product.
The local manufacturing sector should be empowered
by knowledge and technology sharing as well as
technology transfer with existing supplier countries or
producer.

Malaysia should develop its own Malaysian Standards
that are acceptable and meet the requirement of medical
specification and international standard in order to
facilitate local manufacturing industry.

As a start, MOH have established cooperation with
